Lamar Odom reportedly has suffered physical and mental setbacks in his recovery.
The former NBA star who nearly died in a Nevada brothel Oct. 13 — and seemed to be bouncing back — has undergone two emergency surgeries that have left him in a “fragile” mental state, unidentified sources told TMZ.com.
The procedures involved chest issues, the celebrity website said.
Doctors now are turning away all visitors except wife Khloé Kardashian, TMZ reported.
The news came as Love Ranch owner Dennis Hof said he wishes the former Laker a speedy recovery but won’t hesitate to sue if Odom’s $75,000 tab isn’t paid.
Hof said he’s getting “a lot of questions” from Odom’s accounting firm over the eye-popping bill, and he’s ready to sue the baller and his socialite spouse if they cry foul.
“They’re requesting the credit card slips and asking, ‘Did he sign them?’ I sent them his driver’s license, the slips, some other stuff,” Hof told the Daily News Thursday.
“I have no problem filing against her or him. Khloé, she’s the wife. They’re responsible for their debts. Why are they calling me? They need to do the right thing and pay.”
Hof said Odom voluntarily offered to pay $75,000 for several days of “undivided attention” from hookers Ryder Cherry and Monica Monroe.
