Kenneth Kelley has been indicted on several charges surrounding a car crash that left five people dead, including two mothers and two children, in Oxon Hill, Md., almost a year ago, WUSA9 reports.

Kelley is facing charges on five counts of negligent manslaughter in the fatal October 2014 crash that killed Typhani Wilkerson, Tameika Curtis, two children and a passenger who was in Kelley’s car. The crash left 10 children without their mothers.

According to the report, the victims’ car was at a red light when Kelley, driving faster than 70 mph, slammed into the back of the vehicle.

In addition to manslaughter charges, Kelley is facing related traffic charges, including driving under the influence. His blood alcohol content was 0.14 at the time—nearly twice the legal limit—officials told the news station.
