There is a warrant out for Chad Johnson’s arrest, but the former NFL wide receiver is reportedly taking steps to not get locked up.
Johnson skipped an arraignment in Pembroke Pines, Fl., according to TMZSports.com, for driving on a suspended license. The warrant was issued about a month ago.
Johnson can clear his name by returning to court and simply paying a $2,000 bond, and he reportedly sent his lawyer to handle it.
Johnson acknowledged the story on Twitter on Wednesday morning with: “Got dammit, Sun Pass tolls.”
