Tiger Woods’ final round at the Masters got off to a rough start Sunday, and though Woods had little chance to catch the leaders, he carded a 1-over par 37 on the front nine and didn’t hit a single fairway off the tee. Things got worse with his approach shot at the ninth hole. Woods hit a root that was below the ball and appeared to hurt his right wrist.
Woods saved par on the hole and continued to play on, hitting a 3 wood into the pine straw at No. 10. He finished the round 1-over par, and during his post-round interview on CBS Woods said that a “bone popped out” when he struck the root, but he put the joint back in place.
