It’s never good when your name becomes a euphemism for something nasty.
Bill Cosby — “he tried to Cosby me,” asserts Chelsea Handler in the April Esquire.
It could be the first time anyone has used Cosby’s name in this way in public, and at this point everyone knows what she means.
It’s also the first time Handler, a fellow comedian, has been publicly critical of Cosby since multiple women have come forward in recent months to accuse him of drugging and raping them in episodes dating as far back as the late 1960s.
