Tim Tebow is a gift that keeps on giving — in the best way possible.
The SEC Network analyst sponsored an incredible night for people with special needs on Feb. 13. The Tim Tebow Foundation hosted a prom night for over 7,000 guests in 44 cities between three countries.
Tebow even showed up unannounced at two events held in Kernersville, N.C. and Simpsonville, S.C. The former quarterback walked guests down the red carpet, posed for pictures and even shined a few shoes.
Along with the 26 states, Uganda and Kenya also participated in the magical night organized by local churches.
It was an awesome way to celebrate those who don’t often get a chance to dress up and attend special events. Everyone was a prom king or queen with each guest receiving a tiara or crown.
“Words cannot adequately express the joy that I experienced during Night to Shine,” Tebow told People. “If I think about 44 churches in 26 states and 3 countries, with more than 15,000 volunteers and 7,000 guests, it is very humbling and overwhelming.”
