There are few things more glorious than peanut butter when it comes to our favorite foods. In fact, we could eat peanut butter at just about any hour of the day or night (because in appropriate quantities, it’s still good for you, right?). That said, we’re not surprised that this Saturday, January 24th, has been deemed National Peanut Butter Day (NPBD). Of course, we’re super excited to celebrate/indulge in (same thing) our favorite peanut butter treats. From no-bake peanut butter cookies to peanut butter martinis or peanut butter and bacon sandwiches (yep), NPBD may just be the best day, ever. Check below for yummy recipes to help you celebrate this oh-so-wonderful holiday.

CHOCOLATE PEANUT-BUTTER NO BAKE COOKIES
Just when you thought you’ve found the ultimate, homemade treat, these no-bake chocolate peanut butter cookies were born and life, as you know it, has changed. Yes, they’re NO BAKE cookies. Yes, there’s only a few, household ingredients involved. And yes, we’re salivating.

CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES & PEANUT BUTTER ICING
There’s no such thing as too much chocolate and peanut butter, right? Take, for example, these chocolate cupcakes loaded with yummy peanut butter icing. Sold.

PEANUT BUTTER SPLIT SMOOTHIE
Everyone’s favorite combo, peanut butter and banana, is best-served when blended up into a refreshing smoothie. Just add a few key ingredients and you’ve got a healthy treat.

PEANUT BUTTER CUP MARTINI
Whoever invented the peanut butter cup martini should win an award…seriously. Indulge in this rich cocktail, featuring chocolate, rum, cream, and, of course, peanut butter.
