In May 2010, Juanita Bynum publicized her joint venture recording agreement with Matthew Knowles. In less than five years, the relationship went sour.
The evangelist, author and recording artist, who turns 56 today, has bought out her contract and needs help re-launching her solo career.
In an official ministry communique obtained by EEW Magazine, Bynum’s business manager Christopher Pina explained that, following her severance of the relationship with Knowles, the “Oh, Oh, Oh” singer is gearing up for a new album.
Titled Worshipping Warrior Trilogy, the project has no release date as of yet.
According to Pina, Bynum “decided this past year that no one and no corporate box would limit or diminish the vision and true essence of what God had given her to do.”
Bynum reportedly believes the buyout makes it possible for her to launch her own record label and publishing company with International Distribution throughout Central South as well as Infinity Music.
