The group of police officers teams up with mental health professionals and local outreach organizations to provide services, shelter, health care options and even job opportunities to the men and women living on the streets of Houston. Sergeant Steve Wick, who is profiled in the piece, discusses how more than helping to meet the needs of the homeless community, his job is to build relationships with the people he meets.
