Authorities in Florida are looking for 33-year-old man in connection with the shooting deaths of three people here Thursday afternoon.
Manatee County sheriff’s deputies responding to a shooting at Bayshore Baptist Church at around 1:20 p.m. found a man dead at a residence on church property.
While investigating the shooting at the church, deputies learned of a second shooting at a home elsewhere in Bradenton, south of Tampa.
When deputies arrived at that location, they found two women had been shot to death. All three victims were adults. None of the victims were immediately named.
Deputies say they are searching for 33-year-old Andres “Andy” Avalos for questioning. He was last seen driving a gold 2003 Chevy Suburban with license plate 484VTZ.
Manatee sheriff’s spokesman Dave Bristow says Avalos should be considered armed and dangerous.
Bristow says the shooting is believed to have stemmed from a domestic dispute.
