Police officers in Allen have arrested Joel Frederick Warneking, 26, for allegedly flashing people on a running trail.

Warneking is the Director of Youth Worship and Media at the Heights Baptist Church. Police arrested him at the home he shares with his wife in the 300 block of Watters Road.

Warneking exposed his male genitalia to several people on a running trail in Allen from October 11 – October 24, 2014, according to the police report.
