It’s that time of the year. The leaves are changing for some of us in the country, children are thinking about their Halloween costumes and temperatures are getting a little cooler.
But did you know October is National Pizza Month? Yes. That’s right. October is National Pizza Month. A whole month dedicated to celebrating the delicious food that has become a staple all across U.S. and much of the world.
Some order it over the phone, others prepare it from scratch. Some ask for single topping, while others enjoy cheese inside the crust. You really can’t go wrong with pizza.
So to celebrate National Pizza Month, we’ve put together a list of “fun facts” you may or may not know about pizza. Hopefully you’re not as hungry as we are by the end of it.
