BCNN1.com is calling on Dr. Tony Evans to do Dallas and the state of Texas a big solid. If you have influence with anyone at the Dallas Cowboys organization since you have been a chaplain for the team for many years, it would be greatly appreciated by God’s people in Texas and around the world if you would help squash this foolishness of adding homosexual Michael Sam to their practice squad roster.
The rookie defensive end isn’t giving up his hopes to become an NFL player as ESPN is reporting that Sam is on the verge of making the Dallas Cowboys practice squad.
Looks like Michael Sam may still have a future in the NFL. After being cut from the St. Louis Rams this past week, Sam flew into Dallas late Tuesday night and is scheduled to take a physical Wednesday and if he passes, the Cowboys will sign the rookie to their practice squad, according to ESPN.
“It’s been a roller coaster this past week but I’m happy where I’m at now,” Sam told MailOnline. “I’m just looking forward to being a Cowboy, my focus is on making the team.”
Sam made national news in the offseason for announcing that he was gay. If he is signed to the Cowboys practice squad he will become the first openly gay athlete to play for an NFL team.
