Pastor Charles Jenkins made an inconspicuous return to the Internet streets after a nude photo emerged online last month which the Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church Chicago leader has yet to explain.
When a disgruntled woman leaked the embarrassing shot in an alleged extortion attempt as previously reported by EEW Magazine, the “Awesome” singer-songwriter went silent on social media from April 14 until May 5.
Since returning, he has been talkative about everything but the disturbing incident.
While the life cycle of online scandals is short—anywhere from one to two weeks before they die down—lingering questions are alive and well in the minds of the public.
To help everyone forget, Jenkins shared lovely snaps of his family.
Absent an official statement, for anyone wondering, Jenkins has professed his love for his wife Tara, promoted his ministry work, and highlighted his efforts to help unemployed African-American men, but again, has not uttered a single word about the scandal that rocked the faith community.
