E. Dewey Smith Launches New Weekly TV Broadcast Called “Living Hope” on the Word Network

E. Dewey Smith Ministries announces the launch of a new television broadcast featuring Dr. E. Dewey Smith, Jr. This weekly broadcast, aptly titled, “Living Hope,” will feature inspirational messages and impactful teachings by Dr. Smith, who is the Pastor/Teacher of The House of Hope Atlanta. The broadcast debuts nationally on Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at 8:30 a.m. ET on The Word Network.

Dr. Smith was a Keynote Speaker for “ManPower” in 2013 at Bishop T. D. Jakes’ MegaFest in Dallas, Tex. He was also one of several dynamic speakers at this year’s Pastors & Leaders Conference in Orlando, Fla., hosted by Bishop Jakes. Additionally, Dr. Smith will be the Morning Preacher at Hampton University’s Ministers’ Conference this June, as they celebrate their centennial anniversary.

Dr. Smith’s broadcasts and media ministries have been viewed by millions around the world. His works have been published in The African American Pulpit Journal. Smith has authored several publications and his most recent books, “A God Dream” and “Maximizing Your Membership,” are cutting edge, literary gems. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Morehouse School of Religion, Atlanta, Ga., and also for the United Theological Seminary & Bible College of Monroe, La. In his more than 25 years of pastoral leadership, Dr. Smith has been a strong advocate for outreach ministry and community development and involvement. Additionally, he is a musician, producer, and songwriter and served as the Executive Producer of The Hope Mass Choir’s, Live at the Cathedral CD. He has served as the Pastor/Teacher of The House of Hope Atlanta for the past ten years.
