Fiery Fox Business Network contributor and fill-in anchor Charles Payne may be getting his own show on the channel.
TV Newser is reporting that a proposed daily show hosted by the conservative pundit is one of the programming options under consideration at the moment.
Payne, who has been with the network since its launch in 2007, made headlines of late when he suggested that the Muppets have a “liberal agenda” and “The Lego Movie” peddles “an anti-business message to kids.” [See clips below.]
According to FBN’s website, Payne began his career on Wall Street as an analyst at E.F. Hutton in 1985. In 1991, he founded Wall Street Strategies, an independent stock market research firm where he serves as chief executive officer and principal analyst. He published his first book entitled “Be Smart, Act Fast, Get Rich” in May 2007.
