Coach K says it’s ‘a Myth’ that he Dyes his Hair

Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski had a bit of a health scare last week and was admitted to Duke University Hospital to undergo tests after a bout of lightheadedness during his team’s matchup with Wake Forest. Krzyzewski assured reporters, according to the News and Observer, that he was just fine and had been told he had “the brain of a 20-year-old.”

A reporter then asked the question on many people’s minds for years: “Did they tell you you have the hair of a 30-year-old?”

“I will tell you this—I do not color my hair,” Krzyzewski said, according to the News-Observer. “I do not. Now, I’m losing my hair, which a lot of people do. But I do not color my hair. I don’t. That’s a myth. My buddies would kill me.”
