West Palm ordered to reimburse HUD $654,000
Redemptive Life Fellowship Church Bishop Harold Ray stood among his legal team Wednesday morning, vehemently denying accusations he misused millions of tax dollars.

Well-known attorney and Bishop Ray’s friend, Willie Gary, told the media that damage has already been done to Ray’s reputation. Rays said the city has committed a large injustice to him and his family.
Gary, who has sued cities before, said it is possible the City of West Palm Beach could face a lawsuit for this ordeal.
The city of West Palm Beach is working with Ray and the Redemptive Life Urban Initiative to track down paperwork to prove federal money, meant for 30 low-income homes, was used properly.
City documents show 21 different findings of wrongdoing, which Ray disputes.
